Policies

​

ALL Guests are required to secure their time slot for services with a credit card.

Guests are also asked to sign our code of conduct paperwork to proceed with services.

*ALL GUESTS MUST AGREE TO TERMS OF SERVICE.

Cancellation Policy/No Shows:

Your time is valuable, as is ours. 

All appointments are held with a credit card.

Please make cancellations, reservation changes, & confirmations at least 24 hours in advance.

While it is understood that emergencies happen, failure to cancel an appointment within this time frame will result in the credit card on file being charged for the scheduled service.

Late Policy:

    Guests arriving more than 10 minutes late will be asked to reschedule their appointment and pay for the appointment.

Tardiness pushes the provider behind & forces other guests to wait.

Please be courteous to others.

Every effort is made on our part to alert guests if we should be running behind to maximize guests time. .

Child Policy: 

 Unless children are receiving salon services, please make arrangements for childcare outside of the salon.

In an effort to maintain a professional & relaxing atmosphere for all; those who bring children outside of this policy will be asked to reschedule their appointment.

Disclaimer:

 Salon services are both a science & form of artistic expression.

We find great inspiration in pictures on Pinterest & other medias.

Every effort will be made to reflect a client’s request into reality.

Understand that it is impossible to reproduce inspirations exactly.

Depending on your history, natural color & texture, certain colors/cuts and effects may take multiple sessions, or may not be possible at all.

If you are dissatisfied with our interpretation of a consulted vision, please call within one week of service (3 days for nails) & give us the opportunity to remedy it at no charge to you.

We want you to feel comfortable communicating any concerns.

Please remember, without your feedback, we cannot grow as artists & professionals. Due to the nature of the services provided, we do not offer refunds.

    In maintaining a professional and relaxing atmosphere, our salon does not participate in gossip or client disclosure. Conversation will always strive to focus on hair, beauty and positivity.

Self-Care Routine Products:

Salon products are to your hair, skin and nails; what prescription medications are to your health.

Over the counter products are diluted and much of the benefit that may be found is lost in the minuscule amount of beneficial ingredients.

Salon products work to maintain healthy scalp & hair. and nails.

Recommendations will be made based on your hairs’ current condition, & goals.

Please understand that while there is no pressure to purchase salon products; hair results & longevity with over the counter products can not be guaranteed.
